SpaceHawk real time GPS trackers come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty and free technical support for the life of the product. That way you are guaranteed to receive an item that meets your needs, and our team of technical support agents can help you if you ever need any assistance! Technical support agents are available Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00p.m. EST, and available via email 7 days a week.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS FREE FOR THE LIFE OF THE PRODUCT
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, never activated, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@spacehawkgps.com. Please note that we do not accept or handle any returns via phone.
If your return is accepted, you will send the item back to the address we provide, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Please note that there will be a 20% restock obligation on all returns due to the nature of vehicle tracking technologies. This does not include shipping costs that will be forfeited by the customer and not credited back.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Every product is backed by a one-year manufacturer's warranty so if your item is defective we will replace it at no cost!
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@spacehawkgps.com.
Branding & Advertising
Certain products or Services on spacehawkgps.com may be found online or other retail stores with different pricing, branding and product naming. We do not price match with other online resellers of GPS tracking products. Only refund requests made 1) within 10 days of the purchase and 2) due to an item being defective, will not require a restock fee. Any refund requests made outside of a GPS tracker found to be defective will be subject to a restocking obligation.
Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped discreetly. This means there is nothing on the packaging that states the name of our company or the name of the surveillance product(s) ordered. We also never share any customer information so you can be confident that your order is 100% confidential.
Please note that in order to provide confidential shipping we may use discreet packaging. This is to make sure your order and its contents are kept 100% private and secure.
Affordable shipping is available on all orders via USPS with an expected arrival date of 4-7 business days. If you want faster delivery you can choose the expedited shipping option for $24.95 which will decrease shipping to 2-3 business days.
Orders received after 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time from Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business day unless that day is a holiday, in which case the order will be shipped on the following business day. Orders may be delayed a day if we need to verify a shipping address or any special instructions.
After an order is placed, customers should expect to receive a USPS tracking number via email within 3 business days
